This is for information to all candidates who have been provisionally allotted seat in B.Tech 1st semester courses through CEE 2024 (3rd Round) at Golaghat Engineering College are to attend in their Physical Verification of Documents at the institute, which shall be held as per below mentioned schedule.
17.08.2024 (11AM to 1 PM) – Chemical, Civil & Mechanical Engineering.
Important points to be noted:-
Candidates must bring the following documents in original:
- Provisional Allotment Letter
- Part A Form (attached with the Provisional Allotment Letter)
- CEE 2024 Rank Card and CEE 2024 Admit Card.
- Age Proof (10th Admit Card/Pass Certificate)
- Mark sheet and Pass Certificate of 10+2/Diploma
- Permanent Residence Certificate
- Caste/Category Certificate, EWS Certificate, PWD Certificate (if applicable) and any other document as instructed by DTE.
- Any other documents as mentioned in DTE’s CEE website.
Candidates must bring one set of self-attached photocopy of the above mentioned certificates/documents and 02 recent colour passport size photographs.3. Candidates must pay an amount of Rs. 10,000/- through only online mode of transfer (the account details will be provided at the admission counter itself) after document verification and submit the fee payment receipt on the same day itself. No cash will be accepted.
**Physical presence of the candidate is mandatory.
Candidates who have already been admitted and verified their documents in CEE 1st & 2nd counselling at any institute need not be present physically at the time of 3rd counselling.
